lj3 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "lj3", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the lj3 platform accessible at lj3.one and its affiliated entities.
• "Platform" means the lj3 website, mobile-optimised web application, and all associated services, games, and features made available under the lj3.one domain.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses an lj3 account.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player to access the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player and credited to their lj3 wallet for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus Credits" means promotional funds or free spins credited to an account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing lawful gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under Philippine regulatory guidelines.

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all Players:

• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of lj3 or any of its game provider partners.
• You must not be self-excluded from online gambling platforms or subject to a regulatory exclusion order.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must register and operate only one (1) Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and subject to immediate termination.

lj3 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your Account if you do not meet or cease to meet these conditions.

To access real-money features of the lj3 Platform, you are required to register an Account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable.

Following registration, lj3 requires all Players to complete a KYC identity verification process before processing any deposits in excess of the applicable threshold or any withdrawal requests. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS, GSIS, or PRC ID);
• A selfie photograph held alongside the submitted ID document, as may be requested; and
• Proof of registered payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account registered in your name), where applicable.

You agree to promptly provide any additional documentation requested by lj3 as part of ongoing compliance reviews. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in restriction of deposit, wagering, and withdrawal functions until verification is satisfied.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. lj3 shall not be liable for any loss or unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether by you or a third party — is your responsibility.

lj3 accepts deposits from Players via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Instapay. Supported methods are subject to change; current options are displayed on the Deposit page within your Account at all times.

Deposits: All deposit transactions are subject to a minimum amount as displayed in the Platform at the time of transaction. GCash and PayMaya deposits are generally credited to your Real Money Balance within minutes of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits may require additional processing time depending on the originating institution and network conditions.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit where practically possible;
• lj3 targets a processing time of five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for verified GCash and PayMaya withdrawals during standard operating conditions. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days;
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification checks under lj3's anti-money laundering (AML) procedures, which may extend processing times in specific cases;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in your Account at the time of request.

Currency: All transactions on the lj3 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion.

lj3 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms when accepted.

General bonus conditions applicable to all lj3 promotions include:

• Bonus Credits must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from them can be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are displayed in the relevant promotion terms;
• Only certain game types may contribute to wagering requirements. Live casino games and table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms;
• Bonus credits and any pending wagering requirements will be forfeited upon withdrawal request unless the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied;
• lj3 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that this does not adversely affect any in-progress bonus that a Player is actively completing;
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Only one active bonus may apply to your Account at any given time, unless lj3 specifies otherwise.

All games available on the lj3 Platform operate under published game rules specific to each title. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the applicable game rules before wagering Real Money Balance.

lj3 offers two categories of games in terms of outcome determination:

• RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, keno): Outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). RNG certification is maintained by the relevant game studios through independent testing laboratories.
• Live dealer games (live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, etc.): Outcomes are determined by physical equipment — real cards, real wheels — operated by human dealers in real-time studio environments. No software algorithm influences live dealer outcomes.

lj3 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, lj3 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. Malfunction voids all pays.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed within the information panel of each game. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the lj3 Platform. Violation of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one (1) Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or financial crime;
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or mathematical errors in any game to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the lj3 Platform or its games;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful under local law;
• Allowing any third party, including a minor, to access or use your Account.

All content on the lj3 Platform — including but not limited to the lj3 brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of lj3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your use of the Platform does not confer upon you any ownership rights in any lj3 content. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any lj3 content without prior written authorisation. Limited access is granted solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment use consistent with these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lj3 and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of winnings resulting from a technical malfunction, internet connectivity failure on the Player's end, or force majeure events;
• Any loss arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits lj3's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence. lj3's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the Player's total Real Money Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

lj3 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or dispute from your payment provider;
• A request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Identification of the Account holder as being under 21 years of age;
• Discovery of multiple Accounts held by the same individual.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, lj3 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Credits and associated winnings. Verified Real Money Balances not subject to an active investigation will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified payment method on record, subject to completion of all applicable due diligence requirements.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting lj3 support via in-platform live chat. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course.

lj3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss permitted within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive periodic notifications of time elapsed during a gaming session;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account from gaming for a defined period (minimum 24 hours);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the lj3 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one (1) business day and are irrevocable for the elected period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the lj3 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact lj3 via the in-platform support channel to attempt informal resolution of the dispute. lj3 will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

In matters regulated by PAGCOR, the applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures shall apply and take precedence to the extent of any inconsistency with these Terms.

lj3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, lj3 will notify registered Players via a notification displayed upon next login to the Platform. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the lj3 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure.
